Given the Lions' current talent and success, this is an impressive showing from a Vikings team that has only recently begun to find consistency.

The Rams, despite winning 20-15 against the struggling Raiders on Sunday, appeared less convincing. Coming off a bye week, L.A. managed just 259 yards against Las Vegas's defence. While the Raiders have a competent unit, the Rams were favoured by 7.5 points and couldn’t secure a decisive lead. Even with Gardner Minshew throwing three interceptions for the Rams, they allowed a disorganized Las Vegas team to rack up 20 first downs and 317 yards, keeping the game close.

There is not much optimism surrounding the Rams as they head into Thursday night. Cooper Kupp is questionable, and it’s unclear how much he’ll contribute in this matchup. In contrast, the Vikings are likely frustrated and ready to bounce back after a heartbreaking loss decided by a last-second field goal.
